this procedure. Complete malware removal is now $139 per incident instead of the traditional
hourly charges. This includes a premium System Tuneup and Optimization to restore lost performance
(a $99 service if purchased separately), and we will include free Antivirus and Firewall software**, if needed.
Malware removal can easily take 3-4 hours or more, so this is quite a bargain.
This is for in-shop service only and includes free Pickup/Delivery in the Southwest Pasco (Trinity) Area. Additional
Pickup/Delivery charges apply for out of area calls. On-Site service calls may be billed at hourly
charges at our discretion. Shipped in PC's will incur additional return and handling costs.

Virus Security AlertIf you get a program appearing on your Desktop that that you must pay $$$ to eliminate them, please DO NOT fall for this and pay them. This is a SCAM! This is a very prolific virus (also known as a Rogue Trojan) which is attacking computers at an unprecedented rate. Some versions are quite benign and easily removed, others are very "evolved" and extremely difficult to disinfect. Some will completely evade your Antivirus software (even disable it) and lock you out of running almost any software.I repeat, DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING. They will take your money and return nothing to you. In fact, if they do email you a license key, they now have your money, your credit card information, and your valid email address! The license key may actually trigger more malware to download to your, now defenseless, computer. Call us for help immediately. Better to have this professionally removed than to lose everything and subject yourself to Identity Theft. These rogues are serious. Microsoft has now officially ceased support for Windows 98 and Windows Me (as of July 10, 2006). Windows XP Service Pack 1 support ends on October 10, 2006. NOTE - this is Service Pack 1 support ONLY. Microsoft will, of course, continue to support Service Pack 2 (SP2), Service Pack 3 (SP3) and beyond for the foreseeable future. Get your updates done. If you have dialup, contact Microsoft for an upgrade disk or call us and we will install the updates for just $99 including a minor performance Tuneup. Microsoft Service Pack 2 - certain spyware (notably TV Media) will cause the SP2 update to fail and prevent your PC from restarting. You must check your computer for spyware and viruses before performing this update. If your "upgrade" fails, repair costs can range from $39-$180 or more depending on circumstances and conditions.
